Ahura Villa - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Ahura Villa. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and expectations for guests booking and staying at our villas.
By making a booking with us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Ahura Villa is owned and operated by PT Haftchenary Group, based in Bali, Indonesia.

2. Booking Channels
Bookings can be made through:
- Our own booking platform: book.ahurabali.com
- Or through trusted partners including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and VRBO.
- Each platform may have its own terms, so please review the policies of the channel you book through.
3. Payments and Deposit
- To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 70% balance is due 60 days before your check-in date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card through a secure payment link.
- All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Your booking is confirmed once the deposit has been received and acknowledged by Ahura Villa.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- 61 days or more before check-in: Full refund
- 60 to 31 days before check-in: 50% refund
- 30 days or less before check-in: No refund
- All cancellations must be made in writing via email to admin@ahurabali.com
- Refunds are processed in IDR and may take several business days depending on your payment method and bank.
5. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability and must be arranged in advance.
6. Guest Numbers and Occupancy
- Each villa’s maximum occupancy depends on its number of bedrooms.
- As a general guideline, occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom, with limited options for an extra bed where available.
- The number of guests on your booking must match those staying. Unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.
7. House Rules
- Please help us maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment:
- Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted.
- Be considerate of our neighbours and local culture.
- Take care of your belongings and use the safe provided for valuables.
- No smoking indoors.
- Pets are not allowed unless specifically noted for your villa.
- And most importantly – enjoy your stay!
8. Liability
Guests stay at Ahura Villa at their own risk.
PT Haftchenary Group is not responsible for:
- Accidents, injuries, or illness occurring during your stay
- Loss or damage to personal items
- Interruptions caused by events beyond our control (weather, power outages, etc.)
- Guests are responsible for any damage to the villa or its contents during their stay.
9. Force Majeure
Ahura Villa will not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indonesian law.
Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Indonesia.
